Can be granulomatous (PMID 34237323). Older literature does not mention ANCA status (See under Xs). Can involve the lung, deep-seated organs (liver, kidney), viscerae, brain, extremities and/or skin or be diffuse (polyangiitis) clinically mimicking granulomatosis with polyangiitis (formerly known as Wegener's).
