Drug-induced lung nodule(s) may correspond to areas of organising pneumonia, granuloma, vasculitis, fibrosis, amiodarone pulmonary toxicity, sterile necrosis, endogenous or exogenous lipoid pneumonia or Pyoderma gangrenosum.
