Pleural effusion (uni or bilateral) (can accompany ILD induced by the drug)

A common side- or adverse effect from the drug affecting upp to 44% of the patients (PMID 19381453). Typically lymphocyte-rich. Sometimes chylous (PMID 19838099). Management guidelines at PMID 20375898
