Can cause cardiac tamponade. A.k.a. serositis. Pleural and/or pericardial effusion w/wo pulmonary infiltrates in the context of ANA or antimitochondrial antibodies. Effusions tend to disappear upon drug discontinuance. ANA titers decrease more slowly or may persist indefinitely. See under XI l
