Aug 2018 news and new features

Dear Colleagues, friends and Pneumotox (Ptox) users. Ptox was upgraded this summer to comply with the most current and stringent criteria to ensure your privacy. At the same time, we take this opportunity to know more about country of origin of the queries, drugs and patterns accessed, pending your own choice and approval. This will help us determine which drugs and or disease patterns are rarely or never accessed, pointing to possible educational needs, and provide information to identify sites of potential health disparities if there are countries that do not or cannot access Ptox. To help Ptox in this endeavour, please click once on 'Learn more about' on the green ribbon at the bottom of the frontpage, then on 'Yes' and ‘Save’ on the following page. Your response and all data are strictly ANONYMOUS and will be used exclusively to improve our service to the community interested in iatrogenic respiratory disease (IRD). Our fundamental vision remains: to make information on IRD comprehensive, readily available and free to any colleague, patient and country. We would like to thank all colleagues who have already accepted, and do appreciate your trust. Philippe Camus MD (Dijon, France)
