Amiodarone pulmonary toxicity typically manifests with insidious, often bilateral asymmetrical pulmonary opacities or areas of consolidation with, typically, increased CT numbers. Imaging, BAL, pathology are distinctive. APT typically exhibits features of endogenous lipoid pneumonia (i.e. phospholipidosis)
