Relapsing or migrating pneumonitis/pneumonia (see also Id)

Relapsing episodes of pneumonitis or areas of consolidation on 1-continued exposure to the drug, 2-following patient rechallenge, or 3-following drug discontinuance ('aftershock') may occur, especially following corticosteroid taper or withdrawal (PMID 30572331°. Amiodarone, statins and immune chekpoints can produce episodes of relapsing pneumonitis or BOOP, even though the drug has been discontinued 5pmid 30572331°
